David P. Owen

David Owen joined the US Army in 1973 and in 1981 entered ROTC at the University of Washington. He graduated with a Degree in Economics. He reentered the US Army as a Commissioned Officer in 1985 and retired in 1998. During the last three years in the Army he completed two Graduate Degrees; one in Business and the other Public Administration. Throughout his 25 years of military service he was a manger or supervisor.

He became a Mason in 1990 whiling serving in Berlin, Germany. After retirement he became a Real Estate Agent which lasted two years. In 1999 David served as the Assistant Grand Secretary and in 2001 was elected Grand Secretary and has served in that capacity since.
